About Drew

Drew Chambers

Drew’s professional journey spans more than three decades in the fields of tax, assurance, and advisory services, primarily with a prominent regional accounting and advisory firm. Throughout his career, Drew has been fortunate to spend his career alongside key leaders in the accounting profession that were entrepreneurial and had hands-on involvement in the growth of a large regional firm providing services to clients locally, regionally and nationally. He has also been fortunate to work alongside business owners and see the entrepreneurial spirit first-hand.

The first decade of his career was spent doing what most CPA’s do – assurance (audit) and tax. During this phase of his career, Drew realized his real passion was understanding his client’s businesses beyond the numbers. He loved hearing their stories of success, challenges, and how they grew their businesses. This interest led him to specialize in business valuation, recognizing the critical role of both financial and non-financial data in this process.

Drew has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, real estate and family office investment among others. He has performed valuations for IRS gift and estate tax filings, ownership transition, and litigation matters. He has also served as an expert witness and works closely with attorneys and the legal profession. He maintains his license as a Certified Public Accountant and is credentialed as Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA.

A lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky, Drew has been married for 30 years to his wife, Angie. They have two grown daughters, Lauren and Katie. Outside of work, Drew enjoys golf, travel, and rehabbing residential real estate.
